La carte de membre
Sauf pour les transactions en ligne, les abonnés doivent obligatoirement vous montrer leur carte de membre pour profiter de votre offre. Nous encourageons les membres à vous la présenter au début de la transaction pour vous éviter toute surprise.
La carte est virtuelle et se présente sur un téléphone intelligent, une tablette ou un ordinateur. Il n’y a plus aucune carte physique.
La nouvelle carte a un logo animé. Si le logo n’est pas animé, ce n’est pas une carte valide!
Le format de la carte s’adapte au téléphone, à la tablette où à l’ordinateur où elle est présentée. L’apparence de la carte peut donc différer d’un membre à l’autre. Sauf pour le logo qui sera toujours animé!

The membership card
Except for online transactions, subscribers must show you their membership card to take advantage of your offer. We encourage members to present it at the beginning of the transaction to avoid any surprises.
The card is virtual and comes on a smartphone, tablet or computer. There is no longer any physical card.
The new card has an animated logo. If the logo is not animated, it’s not a valid card!
